Jets Loan Forward David Gustafsson to Moose

The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club announced today the team loaned forward David Gustafsson to the Manitoba Moose.
Gustafsson, 25, posted six points (2G, 4A) in 36 games with the Jets during the 2024-25 campaign and added one goal in four playoff outings. The Tingsryds, Sweden product has 20 points (6G, 14A) in 149 career NHL games. Gustafsson was named the Moose team MVP for the 2020-21 season, his rookie campaign in the AHL. Winnipeg's second round (60th overall) selection in the 2018 NHL Draft features 59 points (24G, 35A) in 88 career AHL games.
The Moose begin their 2025-26 season when they host the Laval Rocket for the Home Opener, presented by Canada Life, at 7 p.m. CT. The first 3,000 fans through the doors will receive a free Moose picture frame.
