Six Goals for Number Seven

Walker Duehr scored his team-leading sixth goal of the season on
Nov. 22 against the Chicago Wolves at Canada Life Centre. His second-period marker stood up as the game winner, his first in antlers, and the seventh of his AHL career. It was also his first shorthanded goal with the Moose, and the fifth in his AHL career. The Sioux Falls, SD native’s six goals this season have come on 31 shots, good for a 19.4 shooting percentage, the highest mark of anyone on the Moose roster with 10 or more shots on goal.

DiVo Time

Domenic DiVincentiis has wins in three of his past four starts, including two in a row. In those four games, the sophomore netminder has posted a .927 save percentage and a 2.00 goals against average, bringing his record to 4-4-0 on the season. He has made greater than 30 saves in a game three times this season, including 36-stop performances against Laval (Oct. 12) and Grand Rapids (Oct. 17). In his eight starts this campaign, the Bolton, Ont. native owns a 2.78 GAA and .906 SV%.

Six, Going for Seven

The Moose are on a roll right now, winning their past six contests. It’s the team’s longest win streak since November of 2019, when the antlered ones won seven in a row. Manitoba has outscored their opposition 19-10 during that time, with the shot clock reading 166-166. They have been terrific when playing short a man, killing off all 19 penalties levied against them in the past six games, scoring three short handed goals in the process. The Moose now have five shorthanded goals this season, the most in the AHL. Since starting the season 1-5-0-0, the Moose have a 8-2-2-0 record, and now stand tied for second place in the Central Division.

Helping Out

Jaret Anderson-Dolan has been a productive source of offence for the Moose in their past five contests, picking up a helper in all but one game. Anderson-Dolan’s three game point streak was snapped on Nov. 20, but he got back on the scoresheet in the very next game, helping set up Colby Barlow’s marker on Nov. 22 in a 3-2 victory over the Chicago Wolves. The forward also garnered at least an even plus/minus rating in each of the past five games, going plus-three over that span. The Calgary, Alta. native is tied for sixth on the team with eight points (2G, 6A) on the season.

Who's Trending?

Danny Zhilkin has been hot for the Moose, scoring at least one point in each of his past three games (3G, 1A). Zhilkin has a new career high with five goals this season, and is one point shy of tying his 2024-25 career high of 10 points. His current nine points (5G, 4A) are good for a share of second place on the club through 17 games in 2025-26.
