Isaak Phillips hit a pair of milestones during the week, playing in his 100th game as a member of the Moose on Tuesday night, before playing his 300th AHL game on Wednesday. His notable achievements continued, as the Barrie, Ont. native entered his name into the franchise record books, combining with Jaret Anderson-Dolan to score the fastest two opening goals (1:09) in the club’s 30-year history. It unseeded Doug Doull and Corey Spring, who scored twice in 1:22 against the Kansas City Blades, while the Moose were a member of the IHL. Phillips has set a new career high with 27 points (10G, 17A) through 62 games this season, and his 10 goals and 17 assists both tie career highs, which he previously set as a member of the Rockford IceHogs.
200 for 7
Walker Duehr clicked over the 200 games milestone on Wednesday night in his 57th game as a member of the Moose. He has been better than a half-point per game player in his AHL career, recording 110 points (57G, 53A) through his 200 games, with 32 points (15G, 17A) in antlers. The Sioux Falls, SD. native played for the Stockton Heat, Calgary Wranglers, and San Jose Barracuda before joining the Moose this season. Duehr has played 95 games in the NHL over the course of six seasons, scoring 21 points (11G, 10A). He has played three games as a member of the Winnipeg Jets.
Burnside of Fries
Davis Burnside made his professional hockey debut on Wednesday, skating on a line with Chase Yoder and Nikita Chibrikov. Burnside finished the game with an even plus/minus rating. He captained the Ohio State University Buckeyes for the second consecutive season, recording 32 points (12G, 20A) in 37 games. The La Grange, Ill. product posted 112 points (49G, 63A) in 155 career NCAA games with Ohio State. Burnside was named to the 2025 Big-10 Conference Honorable Mention All-Star Team.

The Moose roll into yet another massive series, this time with the Texas Stars. Manitoba comes into Friday in fourth place in the Central Division, four points behind third-place Texas with a game in hand. The Moose are three points ahead of the Milwaukee Admirals in fifth, and six points behind the Chicago Wolves with a game in hand for second. Their final five games of the regular season are all against Central Division teams, with a game against the Chicago Wolves and two against the Iowa Wild following two matchups with the Stars on home ice.
