Jets Recall Chibrikov, Reassign Lambert

The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club announced today the team recalled forward Nikita Chibrikov from the Manitoba Moose. The Jets also reassigned forward Brad Lambert to the Moose.
Chibrikov, 21, leads the Moose with 13 points (5G, 8A) in 19 games this season. The Moscow, Russia product has 60 points (22G, 38A) in 89 career AHL contests with the Moose. Chibrikov was fourth on the team in points during the 2023-24 campaign, picking up 47 points (17G, 30A) in 70 games. His 30 assists were tied for third on the club. Chibrikov added one goal in two Calder Cup Playoff games. The winger scored a goal in his NHL debut with the Jets on April 18, 2024. Chibrikov was a second round pick (50th overall) of the Jets in the 2021 NHL Draft.
Lambert, 20, appeared in four games with the Jets during his recall, averaging 12:44 of ice time. The Lahti, Finland export is third on the Moose this season with 11 points (3G, 8A) in 16 games. Lambert posted 55 points (21G, 34A) in 64 games with the Moose during the 2023-24 season. That production led the Moose and earned the centreman a spot on the 2024 AHL All-Rookie Team. Overall, Lambert has 69 points (26G, 43A) in 94 career AHL contests, and recorded an assist in one NHL appearance. Lambert was a first round pick (30th overall) of the Jets in the 2022 NHL Draft.
