Walker Duehr made his third appearance as a visitor at Scotiabank Saddledome on Friday night, registering his first career goal against the Calgary Wranglers. The Sioux Falls, SD. native played 127 games with the affiliate of the Calgary Flames, 64 with the Stockton Heat, and 63 with the Wranglers. Duehr scored 69 points (37G, 32A) with the Flames organization, before being claimed on waivers by the San Jose Sharks on Jan. 22/25. In 44 games in antlers this season, he has 28 points (13G, 15A), matching his career high from the 2024-25 season.

Samuel Fagemo recorded a pair of assists on Friday night in Calgary, his fourth multi-point game of the season. Fagemo’s season total is now up to 28 points (15G, 13A), tied for third on the club with Walker Duehr. The Gotenburg, Sweden native holds a share of the lead for team goal-scoring with Mason Shaw, and leads the Moose with five power play goals. Fagemo is third among active Moose skaters with a 12.5 shooting percentage. The second round pick of the Los Angeles Kings in 2019 has four points (1G, 3A) over his past six contests.
Put a Bow On It
The Moose close out their third-to-last road trip of the season on Sunday, bringing them to just 17 games remaining on the schedule in 2025-26. Manitoba is 1-2-0-0 on their current trip, scoring a 4-0 win over the Abbotsford Canucks on March 10. Thomas Milic recorded his second consecutive shutout in that contest, making 30 saves. Away from Canada Life Centre this season, the Moose hold a 13-12-3-0 record. Mason Shaw and Phil Di Giuseppe lead the team with 18 points each on the road, both playing in all 28 games for Manitoba. Shaw, Walker Duehr, and Samuel Fagemo lead the team with nine away goals. Special teams have been better for the Moose on the road compared to at home, as well. Brayden Yager has been hard to miss since Feb. 28. In seven contests since the final day of February, the Saskatoon, Sask. native has scored six points (3G, 3A), picking up two power play goals in that time. Yager has 23 points (9G, 14A) in his rookie campaign. The centre paces Moose rookies in almost every statistical category. was a first round pick, 14th overall, by the Pittsburgh Penguins at the 2023 NHL Draft.
