The Winnipeg Jets announced today the team assigned defenceman Dylan Samberg to the Manitoba Moose.

Samberg, 22, posted seven points (1G, 6A) in 32 games with the Moose during the 2020-21 season. Prior to his first pro campaign, Samberg was a two-time NCAA Champion with the University of Minnesota-Duluth. The Jets second round pick, 43rd overall, in 2017 posted 53 points (9G, 44A) in 109 NCAA contests. He also captured a silver medal (2019) and bronze medal (2018) with Team USA at the IIHF World Junior Championship.

The Moose open a five-game home stand Thursday evening against the Milwaukee Admirals. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT at Canada Life Centre. Tickets are available at MooseHockey.com/TICKETS.
