1. Hi Lee. I understand your dad coached one of my former teachers in the sport of baseball. What made you want to play hockey, even when your dad coached baseball? Brett - Winnipeg, MB
I think baseball was always one of my favourites. I played in the summers all the time. But I think that hockey was always my passion and I ended up playing hockey during the summers in all-star tournaments and stuff like that. One of the biggest reasons why I didn't play baseball is probably because my dad coached it and I didn't want to have to play for him. That's a good question, I appreciate it. So that's probably why I leaned to hockey.

2. Seeing as you have been with a few different organizations, what is your favourite organization other than Vancouver? And why? Brett - Winnipeg, MB
Well, I think Winnipeg here is a first class organization. The way we're treated here, it's as close to the NHL as you're gunna get without playing in the NHL. My first couple of years in Boston and Providence, I enjoyed those times. It was fun to play in both cities, and the people in those cities knew hockey well and we had great fan support. So, I would have to go, obviously I think Winnipeg's by far my favourite organization that I've played for, being from Winnipeg and being successful here has been a blast, and I think we're going to be successful again this year. So, I think it's Winnipeg and then probably Boston/Providence.

3. Howdy Lee. You had a great Final Four championship run with the Fighting Sioux. To this day, other than winning the championship, what moments stand out in your mind when you look back on your career? Luke - Ladner, BC
Obviously that was an awesome year for us in North Dakota, playing in the Final Four and winning it and playing well and all those things. But I look at my career and I think my first NHL game was an absolute thrill. The fact that I played my first game in Boston against the Washington Capitals was always something that I'll cherish and look at. And then two goals that I really think about in my career are the two overtime goals, obviously against St. John's in the first round of the lockout season and last year against Syracuse. They always stick out in my mind and, you know, goose bumps every time I think about them.

4. Hey Lee, I was wondering what you think of playing on the same line with Brad Moran and Jason Jaffray. Good luck in the rest of the season and playoffs. Go Moose go! Derek - Winnipeg, MB
You know what, they're both great players. I've been playing with Jaff for almost two years now and he was a guy that I always wanted to play with last year when Alain was here. We had a lot of success together then, and then this year, with Brad at centre and being a playmaker the way he is, it makes playing the game a lot of fun, being able to make plays. They open up ice, and I think we play well together. It's fun.

5. Hey, nice job on the shootout on February 9th. I'm curious: do you have a strategy when going into shootouts or do you do whatever comes to mind? Evan - Winnipeg, MB
February 9th, I remember I was sitting on the bench and I think Tommi Santala asked me where I was going to shoot, and I just said "Into the net." So I guess that would be my strategy, is just trying to shoot it into the net. You know, I go down and I see a spot I'm going to shoot most of the time, so I just try to shoot where the goalie's not, obviously, and if it works out, it works out.

6. Hey Lee, what's up? My question is, what is the craziest encounter you've had with a fan? Thanks! Sydney - West St. Paul, MB
My craziest encounter with a fan . . . I've been fortunate not to have too many of them. All the fans that I have had a chance to talk to have been great and supportive. I've actually had a fan tell me that I need to do other things, that I need to fight more. That's probably one of the weirdest guys I've spoken with. I was in San Antonio, and the guy told me I needed to fight more and not to worry about scoring so much but fight more, and fight more, and get into more fights. That was weird. It was strange.

7. What was your first car? What is your dream car? Brett - Winnipeg, MB
My first car was passed down from my mother. My mom was driving a Honda Excel hatchback, I think is what it was. I took real good care of it, and I enjoyed it. I think I got it when I was 16 and drove it until I was probably 18 or 19, and then it was passed down to my brothers and they used it. But as far as a dream car? I don't know, I don't really think about cars. I think my dream is just to have a cabin on the water and a nice boat and pontoon and hang out there all summer.

8. If an actor was going to play you in a movie, what actor would play you Theodore - Souris, MB
If an actor was going to play me in a movie . . . In college, a girl told me I looked like Kevin Klein from American Pie. I think he's way, way . . . way, way better looking than I am, but I'd say him. He's way good lookin'.

9. Hey Lee, besides hockey, do you have any hobbies or activities that you enjoy doing? Keep up the good work! YiFan - Rochester, NY
My hobbies, activities . . . I love golf. I play golf almost every day in the summer, every day I can. I think that's obviously going to change this summer - we have a baby on the way, so I'm not going to be able to play as much golf. But golf, and I like to relax, spend time. I do have a cabin on a lake, and my wife and I spend lots of time there, so that's some of the activities I like to do.

10. Hi Lee, it's great to have you back with the Moose! My question for you is, if you were not playing hockey, what would you do for a job or career? Good luck and let's go all the way to the finals this year! Kelly - Winnipeg, MB
>> There's a back story behind this question, but we'll just go ahead.
Thanks, that's a good question. If I wasn't playing hockey, I think I would probably be coaching hockey, I think. I enjoy the game so much, and I enjoy the battling and everything that goes into it. I was 16 and I was coaching hockey teams for my dad during the summers for the Winnipeg Selects, and I still run into kids that I coached then and it's always a blast to catch up with them and to try to teach them the things that I know, that I've learned from other good coaches. So I'd love to be a hockey coach, and I think my dream job would be head coach at the University of North Dakota.
