True North Sports & Entertainment (TNSE) Ltd., and the Manitoba Moose Hockey Club accept formal donation requests for fundraising initiatives throughout the year.
Due to the increased number of requests that we receive on a regular basis, TNSE and the Manitoba Moose have formalized the following criteria to consider donation requests:
Registered charities in Manitoba (a preference will be given to children's charities)
Amateur sport organizations (a preference will be given to local community club events)
We do not honour the following donation requests:
Wedding social requests *
Individual hockey team requests *
Golf tournament requests
Out of province requests - we are committed to supporting the Manitoba community
* Please note: Wedding social & Individual hockey team requests can receive a discount on merchandise at the "Off the Rack" Moose store. Please bring a request letter and copy of your ticket to the Moose store directly. For more information, contact the store directly at (204) 926-5616.

All requests must be presented on official letterhead and letters must contain the following:
Date of the event
Type of fundraiser
How the donation will be used (i.e. Silent Auction item etc.)
Where the fundraising proceeds will be directed
Contact person's name, phone number and email address
Due to the increased volume of requests, please allow at least 3-4 weeks for processing of your donation request. Only approved requests will be notified by phone and declined requests will be notified via email.
In an effort to accommodate an increased number of requests, TNSE and the Manitoba Moose will grant only one donation request per organization that has been approved.
